The Nuclivision Gateway is configured to log its output to the Windows Event Viewer. If something does not work, this is the place to be to figure out what's going on.

Common troubles​

The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing the package

Make sure you have installed the prerequisite C++ redistributable https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

The Nuclivision Gateway service doesn’t start

Take a look at the Windows Event Viewer and see what's causing the issue. If you are not able to figure it out, don't hesitate to contact your Nuclivision support.
